my name is Shelby Barone and I'm founder of the OC mom blog which is the largest resource for families in Orange County and I live in Aliso Viejo with my husband and three children last year took a big step and had a mastopexy and breast augmentation with dr. Nicole E I love to nursing my son but it completely destroyed my breast and dr. Nicola did an incredible job so after having my breasts done I felt so much better about myself my self-confidence improved and I just loved the way I looked I am super excited to take my mommy makeover to the next level and tackle part of my body that's been bothering me for a long time and have liposuction done so ever since having my son 11 years ago I've been doing everything to try to lose weight I've been clean eating exercising yo-yo dieting and I can't seem to get the baseline that I want even with a healthy lifestyle so I'm super excited to be back at cosmetic care to have liposuction to help get my pre-baby body back with dr. champion I feel like dr. champions a really good fit for me I really feel like a woman truly knows a woman's body best and I trust that she's gonna make me look exactly how I want to look after my surgery I cannot wait to put on a cute pair of jeans and wear a bikini on the beach I am a little bit nervous about the pain from the surgery but after seeing the simulation on the cosmetic care website I cannot be more excited dr. champion told me that after surgery it's probably gonna feel like I was in a pretty big fight but after a couple weeks I should be on the road recovery and feeling myself again so I know this surgery is just the first step and a lifestyle change for me and dr. champion said it best when she said she's gonna get me half way but the other half is gonna be up to me there is so much pressure for women to love their bodies and yet there's some negativity surrounding having procedures done and yet there's so much amazing technology with cosmetic surgery available for women to take advantage of if there's something about your body that you don't like you don't feel comfortable with there's nothing wrong with taking steps to feel better about yourself I just hope that by sharing my story that other women can see that nothing to be ashamed of there's nothing to be embarrassed of it's okay to do these procedures and I hope that other women can understand that they have the option to explore other treatments available to help themselves feel better about their body as well
