I've never had any problems really like apart from broccoli that one time and my kids were really good and then my son hit it kind of four or five went to school and it all completely changed and now he's really really fussy it's talking it's asking him if he wants a few things this wasn't a bad first guy I think if you sit down and eat with your children I definitely know that Jax eats more if I am meeting with him at the table we try on the weekends when when we're all home together to sit and we will sit and eat a meal together as often as we can because we don't get to do it in the week and I think that you know the kids enjoy it and we do sit and chat and that's our time to really catch up with each other and I think that does create a much more relaxed yeah experience tonight at dinner I want to put a stop to Andrew sitting at the table and not eating a thing Andrew you need a sit-down and you need to eat the worst thing ever saw on television was a woman getting a sausage on a fork and forcing it into the kids face that's literally the worst thing I've ever seen because you just giving the kid issues I've always been a believer of just let them do it and I've forgotten baby let go you definitely try and get them to try and do it themselves and make it a fun thing use the spoon yeah do an airplane with a spoon and just let them get their hands in it as long as they're eating it you know and of talking and the joy of a highchair is have big Trevor yeah you can then they can have stuff on you know pick stuff up and try it spit it out so I just put stuff on the table and I'll allow them to make a choice I like to make a choice what I eat and I think they should choose and they should enjoy eating Jonathan sat there and cried and so did India and they refused to listen to mom we do smoothies so I try and put like spinach and kale and stuff in and yeah he likes it I used to think this guy's and vegetables was a bad technique because you're kind of just avoiding the problem but I do think a lot of it is a failure so as long as you're getting nutrients into them and you're like you just that kale whatever I I can't remember who told me but they said if they don't like something try it ten times and they might learn here and I tried broccoli numerous occasions and he actually loves it now so now you've heard what we think we want to know what you think write your comments below and don't forget to subscribe and to see more of us head over to channel ma'am
