  1. 5 wèeks 😍wow good on you girl…im 37 weeks pregnant and already looking for ideas for when babys here as ive exercised as much as i can throughout my pregnancy just to make myself feel better not to look good…these are brill at home ideas to start off another one i really love thats great for the bottom half are donkey kicks🤗you look amazing xxx

  2. Good for you for getting back to exercising, little workouts at home are way easier and more realistic to fit in. 7 weeks postpartum the only thing I'm doing is the pelvic floors! x

  3. I haven’t had children but I suffer from a long term chronic illness and appreciate these little exercises that I can do at home just adapt how many of each move to how many I can cope with
