the tip that I'd like to give to the moms would be that please ensure eating regular meals it is important that you eat your meals in time of course the timings would be topsy-turvy right now with your babies keep timings so ensure that you have your regular eating pattern keep surround yourself with healthy snacks like nuts seeds sprouts roasted channels because these are going to be healthier rather than having those junk food make sure that you have healthy means a regular Indian tally with roti doll sabzi solid curve is going to be good healthy meal so please ensure that you eat your healthier stuff ensure you add enough vegetables enough fruits enough for pulses and legumes to get enough proteins in your diet then the next thing you need to do is make sure that you have enough fluids in your diet because you're feeding the baby and you need to replenish that loss so you have at least 10 to 12 glasses of water and have other beverages like coconut water fresh lime water soups don't have sweet beverages because they'll only add on to wait so that is the reason we would not want you to have them then please walk exercise whatever that your time can allow you so that you can burn your calories you stay healthy you feel better and relax and rest and please sleep whatever time you get you
